Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I post about my life in general, the good and the bad. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. As I knew I could be a successful person I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. In my mind, I had a plan for life. Attend college, and graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Have kids. That was my ideal of what success looked like. But life had other ideas. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like being in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did inspire me. I thought I wasted my time to earn money. While navigating my way towards a new direction in my career, I found I was destined to become an instructor. I loved exercise, I loved having fun and I enjoy helping others. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. There are very few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. As a coach I'm determined to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their goals and achieve all they wish to achieve in their lives. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the worst of everything. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and my heart all the time. Even if you can't see the signs at first, God has a funny way of giving us what we really need. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I believe my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her death. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I was given a second opportunity to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live now instead of merely living as I did before. My experiences are shared with you so that I can share with you my experiences as well as my words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is essential and is normal. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I wish you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets because death is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
